Refund Policy

In short: Gate Pro is a one-time payment. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. If you are not happy, ask within 14 days for a full refund.

This policy applies to Pro license keys for Ambysto Gate bought from Ambysto Technologies LLC, whether for Gate alone or as part of the Ambysto Pro Suite. It follows the Ambysto Refund & Cancellation Policy and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Nothing to cancel

A Pro license is paid once. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal, and you are never charged again for it. The free version of Gate stays free.

2. Refunds

Full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase. Gate has a free version, so you can try it before you buy. After a refund, the license key becomes void and you must stop using it; Gate goes back to Free and your Pro rules stay stored but stop applying.

3. When we always refund

• You were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount.
• We could not deliver the license you paid for.
• A Gate update removes a material Pro feature. We refund the license in full when you ask within 30 days of that update.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
